Aja first gathers your health background, building an accurate health picture. After this you are given a personalised treatment which last 40-50 minutes. An appropriate treatment schedule will be dicussed with you in your first visit.
Does it hurt?
Aja practices a light Japanese style of acupuncture, a gentle form that is well-suited for even the most sensitive people. Most people report feelings of deep relaxation.
Is it safe?
When conducted by a trained acupuncturist, acupuncture is very safe. Aja follows the Universal Aseptic Technique and uses sterilised, single-use needles.
